Welcome

The St. Helena Waves Swim Team (SHSC) is a nonprofit age-group competitive swim team. Based in the heart of the Napa Valley, the team counts swimmers from St. Helena, Calistoga, Rutherford, Yountville, Deer Park, Angwin, Knights Valley (Sonoma County) and Middletown (Lake County) among its members. Our home pool is the St. Helena Community Pool located on the St. Helena High School campus on Grayson Avenue.

With a strong, committed, motivated coaching staff, the St. Helena Waves have enjoyed tremendous success and growth in the Upper Napa Valley. We offer a complete swimming program for youth. A novice program is designed to teach correct stroke technique and exposure to organized and purposeful swim practices. The age group program focuses on stroke development, fitness and health in a more competitive environment.

The goal of the St. Helena Waves swim program is to encourage a lifelong involvement in swimming through positive experiences, personal achievement, team spirit, sportsmanship, and friendships.

Waves practiice sessions take place at the St. Helena High School pool, 1401 Grayson Avenue, St. Helena.
